As Assistant Director of Transformation and Reform you’ll lead our Transformation Team and be the new catalyst to support and influence our exciting journey ahead. We’re keen and committed to build on our positive foundations so far. We want to make our ambitions a reality and we now need a visible Transformation Professional to combine strong programme management with fresh thinking and people centered ideas to support and guide our co-operative driven approach. Public Service Reform is also key in helping to develop integrated health and social care and wider services in partnership with local people.
Reporting to the Director of Workforce and Organisational Design you’ll need to manage high-performing teams, make the most of the Transformation Support Team and provide excellent communication at every stage of our journey. The key is to help our services still perform at their best, focusing on accountability and outcomes whilst embracing the transformation journey ahead. You will champion system -wide innovation and have a record of leading complex organisational and cultural change. You will have worked at a senior level, spearheading transformation programmes featuring innovative thinking, whilst motivating teams and service improvement to deliver sustainable and effective services. Exceptional communication and leadership skills will help you to flourish to engage and connect effectively with our complex range of stakeholders.
